  • Telephone interview- First level screening will be a telephone conversation to get an overview of candidate skills related to position
  • Face to face interview- Ares Associates recruiting manager will meet with candidates in person and conduct a additional technical interview
  • Online assessment- If necessary an online assessment will be used upon clients request to evaluate specific candidate skills related to position
  • Job related problem solving skills assessment- Will be assessed both in telephone and face to face interview. Our recruiting mangers will specifically target the candidate skills in handling daily job related problems and identify how they will handle these situations and deliver results to solve business problems.

Assessing Soft Skills
